Occasionally I have to make a return, only because I can’t get over the fact that she can’t fit into a regular large and xxl sizes for the harness/vests . The returns are super easy , especially if you’re a member. They have amazing deals for members, a great selection of clothing and vests in all sizes always in stock, and the workers are very nice! They have a great selection of toys for dogs as well. I just wish they had a harness fit for a cane corso! :)

Staff were mostly friendly, seemed to care for animals, store not crowded, short wait for appointment, vet seemed skilled and kind, cost for immunizations seemed reasonable. Only thing I didn’t care for: I’m in my 70s with health issues, and they still asked me if I could lift my 28 pound dog onto the table. That was something they should have automatically done themselves.
