- ABAnt Bo BeanDec 21, 20251.0I would not recommend the Petco on Laguna. Everyone you come in contact with has bad attitudes let they do not like there jobs. I will never again take my pets there. The groomers are even worse.
- ECElaine ChaconDec 19, 20251.0I never understood, if I could give zero stars I would till now. If you love your pet do not go here. I pet my doggie to get her nails trimmed. The worker came and put her leash on my doggie and I removed mine collar and leash. The worker holding the leash drowned it, so my dog had no leash currently on and the door to the store and she ran out the store to the parking lot. This is the Laguna Blvd Petco. My daughter ran out after and fell to the floor getting our doggie. I asked to speak to a mgr and I was told no, but "I could help you" I said are you a mrg? and again I was told "I can help you" I repeated my story and told them about how policy should change so the animals can be safe and maybe the leash exchange be done behind the counter where the cashier person stands before the grooming windows and I was told that my dog needed obedience training, I said we did from your person. This was not taken seriously as it should. I called corporate and no follow up was ever done. I don't know about you but my pets are my family and this is not okay, that no one took responsibility or even cared as much to say sorry this happened. Very sad, what if my beloved animal were to have gotten hit by a car? unacceptable Petco.

I spend a great deal on my Fur baby. I don't like when people tell me one thing and then change. The price on me I would have happily paid. Had they just told me at the beginning.

I'm so thankful, being slightly handicapped! I go have Cody's nails done every first Friday of the month, I have my standing appointment for 9am!
