The lady at the desk was Naomi and I asked her if they had that particular prescription in stock and she responds with “we are not a pharmacy”- odd and rude response given that my dog has the prescription here. Then proceeds to scold me for picking up the prescription once my dog ran out of the prescription- meanwhile I’ve been trying this whole week to get it and it’s been out of stock and I was told to check in later this week for restocks when I first checked earlier this week. It was also rude of Naomi to talk to two different customers at the same time without addressing who she was talking to, one moment she was asking me the account phone number then proceeds to confirm/check in the customers behind me. I’ve never had this experience here when picking up the prescription, usually everyone is friendly, helpful, and respectful but Naomi today was lacking basic customer service skills.

- KSKaren StanleyDec 15, 20255.0This is the only place in Elk Grove that I would buy a fish from. Their tanks are so well cared for. I am very happy with their service and return policy. If your fish happens to die after buying it you can return the body and with a sample of your water which they test you can get a refund. If you have a well maintained tank I doubt you will use their return policy. The store is well stocked with all things cat, dog and other little critters too. Photo is of my new Oscar on the day I bought him or her.
