Jack (I’m probably not spelling her name right, it may be Jaq, short for Jacqueline so apologies) was the person to help us. She took her time to explain the different options, both topical and sprays that we could use on our furniture. She took her time to give us all of the knowledge that she had so that we could make the correct decision for our fur babies. I just can’t say enough how much I appreciate her incredibly good customer service, her friendly nature, and her knowledge concerning the products in her store. I don’t think I’ve had such good customer service i. a very long time and just felt like it was very important for me to share how much she is appreciated. We hadn’t frequented the store very often before this experience, but I think from now on this will be our go to location.
