  Great customer service and care for my dog. They have cared for our pup his entire 5 years of life. Easy to get timely appointments and know how to interact with an anxious dog when he visits.

  Everyone was very friendly! They got me in so quick I didn’t even have to wait & as soon as the vet came in the room he introduced himself and immediately got on the ground to say hello to my dog, he explained everything that was going on and gave me some meds for my boy… I highly recommend! I’ll definitely be back 🙂

  Emailed the Dr on 9/18/25 stating that my dog was in Severe pain and that just thr gabapentin was not working. 2 1/2 days later I had to pull out the credit card and take him to the animal ER because I still had not heard back from Bruceville Pet Hospital or any Dr's. And almost 6 hours later and my wallet being $616.00 lighter i took my Bear home so he could rest. He kept crying at the ER that they gave him a dose of methadone or morphine, he actually got 2 injections of pain medication. So Now it's 9/22/25 and I texted the Vet to inform them of the Er visit and to get an Rx for an anti inflammatory and liquid Gabapentin, both which was given at the ER but they only give you a few days worth and I didn't want to run out of his pain meds. Just got an Email 9/25/25 stating that the Rx was denied because although my dog had an exam in the middle of June and was given Gabapentin which didn't work for Bear by itself. Bruceville Pet Hosp just wants to schedule an exam after I just spent almost $700 at the animal ER days prior and the Dr still can't be bothered to respond. Horrible treatment!! You gotta really cold and just care about.just the money to watch those videos of my dog in misery and still ignore us!!

  Let’s start with the bad. Went there at 8:30 and it was slooooooow. Very very slow service. Lots of staff coming and going. Not sure what people are doing if they are going to lunch at 8:30 but it didn’t seem busy. No else in the lobby for 10 min before I was helped. Phone calls also slow. Seems like you have to be prepared to be on hold for 5 to 10 minutes. Finally, after 10 minutes, someone was leaving. Just so happened. The phone call came in and I watched this individual have to wait 5 to 10 minutes to be able to check out. You would think they would tell the person on the phone to hold on or call them back, but that’s not how it happened. Now let’s get to the good. When I was finally helped, everyone was very friendly and prices were affordable. I don’t understand how there are some days where a vet is coming from somewhere else. It seems like you may not always get the same person unless you come the same day per week. I was also told that there was only a vet Wednesday through Saturday. I do not know if that is true or poorly worded. In the end they are very helpful very kind and the prices are great.
