  I had a wonderful experience here at this Vetco and also Petco! I brought both my very friendly small and large dogs to get their vaccination done and it went really good. The veterinarian doctor is very professional and friendly that she answered my questions and also suggested things to do. The veterinarian assistants were also professional and friendly. I would suggest to anyone that needs to get their pups checked and vaccines here. The workers in Petco were also friendly and welcoming! I'm new to CA and felt very welcomed! Thank you immensely! I will be back!

  They were very nice in treating my daughters cat, very attentive as well as to explaining information about the vaccines, what to watch for and etc.

  Had bought a package on the 1st visit and when I went to get 2nd vaccine I had to pay for it. Waited too long and they weren’t friendly. I will not go back

  Friendly Vet and her two staffs. Overall, most store associates are friendly, willing to assist except the cashier. Not too friendly, cold face.

  Vetco staff was super rude to me one time. I took my cat for all vaccines they suggested I get a leukemia test elsewhere so my cat wouldn't run away during it. After that they said I could go back to be vaccinated annually as long as I showed them he got the test done. Which I did I showed them. On the third year he was due they said I had to do the test there or else they wouldn't give him the vaccine. I didn't understand why and I tried explaining what had happened before. The staff was very rude and wouldn't even let me speak, and went on and said if I didn't want to do it to go elsewhere. It made no sense because they themselves suggested I do it elsewhere the first time. Ever since I have not gone back to Petco or vetco. Thanks to them I found great vets near my home at affordable prices.
