It’s rarely actually open until 6pm—we’ve come as early as 4:30 only to find the groomers are all gone for the night. And since we can’t make a nail appointment online, our only option is to call for an appointment (very difficult to do since we both work long hours most days) or show up and hope someone can do the service. Too often I’ve driven 30 minutes through rush hour traffic, only to have my time wasted and my dog traumatized because she hates coming here, and all for nothing because a simple 5 minute service can’t be booked online. I’ll find a more reliable place in the future.
