- AAAshDec 8, 20251.0Tonight at 730pm both workers refused to sell me and my daughter a chinchilla, cage and supplies due to it being 30 minutes before closing. I’ve never heard of this policy before and would have appreciated the heads up at 710 when I walked in the store and spoke to the worker about purchasing the chinchilla and supplies needed but nothing was mentioned about cashier closing at 730 instead of 8 like website says. If there was an urgency to close the register earlier than listed on website I would have appreciated them telling me that information or helping me gather the supplies needed but they did not help me with gathering supplies which would have helped me be faster instead of googling what chinchillas need to be healthy and happy. Very poor service in this location. Very unhelpful workers and they closed register 30 minutes before website says they close. 12/07/25, 730 pm
