  Absolutely love this place! The staff is super friendly and always ready to help me find exactly what I need for my furry friends. The variety of products is amazing, and I always leave with a smile and some happy pets!

  I wanted to report an interaction I had at the store. We arrived 7:59 PM, just before the posted 8:00 PM closing time, but the doors were already locked while customers inside were still checking out and shopping. When we asked about it, and explained we just needed the specific food, the manager Sandra became argumentative and insisted they are closed. She showed us the cameras, however I noticed they were fast forwarded and Sandra explained the time on the cameras were “inaccurate”. When I asked for her name and the corporate number, she slammed the door in my face and walked away. Later when another customer exited, I asked again and she responded dismissively and slammed the door and locked it again in my face. My main concern isn’t just the doors being locked early, but the way the situation was handled. It was very unprofessional and combative for the manager Sandra to handle situations in this way. The staff especially managers that represent this store need to handle customer concerns more professionally.
