They completely chopped off his beard, and shaved his skirt down completely. Had I been the one to pick him up, I would have refused to pay for this service. My wife is very timid and didnt say anything. She also mentioned they waited until after she paid to bring him out to her. In top of the bad cut, he literally spent the entire day at the store. I dropped him off at 10am, and we didnt get a call to get him until around 430. We have been to several other Petco groomers in several states (including here in California) and have never seen anything this bad. I will be stopping by to request a refund immediately. I'm not trying to speak badly about the staff, they were all really nice. But this cut was just terrible and we will not be going back to this location again.
