    Ivanna and the bathing staff are absolutely fantastic! I have a puppy that is nervous and scared and they were very patient with him and took the time needed to make my puppy comfortable. It's going to be a long road but I trust them with him 100% and they really exceeded my expectations of what was able to get done due to his temperament. He got such a cute haircut!! His before and after is so good!

    They closed an excellent store in RSD. El Cajon is big, corporate, commercial and my groomer was new and left alone. Disaster there and cash register where a surly young girl decided that my purchase and rewards redemption was related to issues at grooming. Never going there again with my best friend.
