- MBMark BJun 18, 20251.0I went to the location in Spring Valley looking for Temptations for Kittens. Not available. The cashier went out of her way to see if it was in the store. I went to Rancho San Diego and saw a store closing sign. I went in and no Temptations. I looked around the store and decided to purchase an automatic litter box. I asked if I could purchase and come back later because I was on my motorcycle. Both associates I dealt with were incredible (which is why I hate to rate at 1) The cashier was very friendly, she wrote my name on the box and I left. My Wife and I returned around 5 PM, we purchased some more items. I said hello to K___ and told him that I have something in the order box but we are going to shop some more. He was pre-occupied. When we returned to the register he was still talking to a female employee who I'm guessing was off the clock. He was saying we'll never see each other again, which doesn't matter you wouldn't call me anyway. Without looking at me he said in a sarcastic way are you buying this. I held out the receipt and said "here" definitely in the same tone he spoke to me. My Wife looked at me, I didn't say anything else just looked at the girl that was talking to him at the counter and she shrugged her shoulders. The reason I let it go is because the store is closing and maybe he's upset because he won't have a job any longer. Still doesn't excuse his attitude. If K___ is going to remain an employee with your organization, you need to have a talk with him. Things may have gone a lot different if the store wasn't closing. I would've given to him what he was giving to us plus some.
