  Update: the store called me and they were not concerned and said it happens to everyone. I’ve been taking my dog at other places and it has never happened. ALSO- I took my dog to her regular location and she was shaking! She has never shaken like this before. I think this location may have ill treated my dog. I wish I could request footage from the appointment. PLEAEE BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION, please 🙏 they clipped my dogs nail so short it bled. Like it’s really short. Staff was friendly in the morning when I went to drop off my dog. But in the afternoon that was not the case. I wasn’t notified of the incident or what they used to treat her wound or if they did at all. Can’t imagine the pain this caused her. I’m Very disappointed and unsettled. second time here and I won’t be coming back. What is the procedure when dogs are wounded during the grooming appointment? What if got infected and I never noticed it was clipped from the grooming appointment?

  I was searching to find a place to get my digs nails trimmed, teeth brushed and a bath that I did not need to wait. They had online same day reservations. It was great, easy and so convenient!

  We consistently have great experiences at this Petco. The store is clean, well organized, and well stocked, and the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Anytime we have questions about food, supplies, or products for our cats, someone is happy to help and never rushes us. We also have the Petco Vital Care membership, and it has absolutely been worth it, especially with three cats. The program offers ongoing savings on essentials, rewards that add up over time, and extra perks that make routine pet care more affordable. If you buy food, litter, treats, and supplies regularly, the membership easily pays for itself. Between the helpful staff, good selection, and the added value from the Vital Care program, this location is our go-to for pet supplies. Highly recommend, especially for multi-pet households.

  Nicole did a fabulous job grooming my golden a few months ago. He looks like a pup , with his fur shining and looking all fluffy !
