The whole team from Cindy and Damon up front to Jordan the tech and Doctors Zuhal and Madrigal. They addressed all our questions and concerns the best they could and at the end of the day nailed what was wrong with her. We were very happy with the overall experience!

They listened to our concerns and provided a detailed explanation of what our sweet dog was experiencing. They did not request any unnecessary procedures or tests, but sent us home with a complete plan. We went in feeling very anxious and left knowing exactly how to help our dog. I would highly recommend this emergency vet center.

She has put notes in my dog's clinical file that she has had diarrhea when I needed a diarrheal medication. Her attitude towards me, along with other animal owners has been terrible and rude. Her empathy towards others is ridiculous. We bring our animals here for them to heal and get better. However, the receptionist makes us feel like they are giving us charity, when we are full-paying customers. Not only did I notice that her attitude towards us was off, her attitude towards a different animal owner was so condescending and rude. If you work in customer service, you should know how to talk to people, and this lady clearly doesn't know how to. Not only is she rude, she is unhelpful.

The staff is awesome; the Drs were incredibly knowledgeable, very kind and empathetic and ultimately took phenomenal care of us. I could not possibly recommend them highly enough.
