The coupon doesn’t state that it needs to be printed, but when they scanned it, they said it had to be printed. In other stores, when employees notice a line or a waiting customer, they take over the cash register to help move the line. I didn’t see that happening in this store.

When I arrived to pick up my order I called into the store 3 times for someone to bring my order out to my car and no one answered the phone. I did not want to go in to the store since I had my Mother with me who is disabled and has dementia so I didn't want to leave her in the car alone. Since no one answered I went in to the store and there was no one in line so I asked the cashier why weren’t they answering the phone for pick up orders if there is no one in line and she asked me for the order’s name which I gave to her and she gave me my order. I understand not answering the phone if you have a line of customers or are super busy but when the store seems empty and no one is in line then there is no reason why you can’t answer the phone and assist a customer!
