I really question how Dr. Ahn and Dr. Choi are allowed to practice without accountability. I brought my pet in because something felt wrong, but I was told he was “fine.” Dr. Ahn’s only advice was to go to the ER if anything happened? I went in to prevent an emergency, not wait for one.
I was charged over $1,000 for unrelated ear and dental treatments, which delayed proper care. My pet later passed away from a condition that was missed by Dr.Ahn. When I questioned them, Dr. Ahn was unavailable and Dr. Choi was extremely rude, only defending her.
This was heartbreaking and unacceptable. After reading other reviews, I see I’m not alone. Please avoid this clinic at any cost.
I visited on Jan 30 for my pet Elliott and had a terrible experience with the male doctor, Dr. Choi. We came in to consult regarding our cat’s dental issues—and consultation for teeth extraction. He came in 45 minutes late, with no apologies at first which we understood and proceeded to discuss our cat’s condition.
Then, when we asked about whether teeth extraction procedures are dangerous/have any risk, he said, “well any cat can die here we don’t know” with zero bedside manner. He proceeded to then shrug off all of the questions we asked and hurriedly asked us if we had any other questions.
When he said our cat possibly has an eye condition, when we asked to clarify, asking, “Could you let us know what that condition means?” He responded : “You can google it.” I was utterly shocked.
I was considering to go through this doctor for the $1-2k teeth extraction but I’ve never had a poor experience like this with a doctor who has 0 compassion, empathy, and treats patients as if every second is wasting his time, even when our appointment was only 10 mins max.
He also hurriedly left at the end of our patient visit. Will never be coming here and highly advise not consulting with Dr Choi here.
I had a really positive experience here after taking my dog in for a next-day visit, and I’m very grateful for the care we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff was calm, attentive, and genuinely engaged. They took the time to listen carefully as I explained my dog’s symptoms and concerns, and I never felt rushed or cut off. It was immediately clear that they were focused on understanding what was going on rather than moving us through quickly.
Doctor Ahn was thorough and thoughtful during the exam and explained her observations in a way that was easy to understand. Instead of immediately pushing expensive tests, she walked me through what she were seeing, what the possible causes could be, and what options made sense at this stage. When diagnostics were discussed, the reasoning behind them was clearly explained, which made me feel informed and confident rather than pressured.
What stood out most was the level of communication and care. The doctor discussed supportive steps we could take right away, what signs to monitor at home, and how to prioritize next steps if my dog’s condition changed. I left the appointment feeling reassured, informed, and like my dog had truly been cared for, not just examined.
The entire team treated my dog with patience and kindness, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about his comfort and well-being. After a stressful experience elsewhere, this clinic was a huge contrast in the best way possible.
I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a veterinarian who is attentive, communicative, and truly invested in their patients. This is the kind of care every pet owner hopes for.
READ COMMENTS BEFORE GOING IN! They lure you in with a low first-visit offer, then push unnecessary tests at prices nearly double what other clinics charge. The vet lacks basic knowledge, and if your pet has an underlying condition, they couldn’t even recognize it. The lack of professionalism is alarming. I wish I had read the reviews first.

I am beyond disappointed with the care my cat received at this veterinary clinic. During our visit, the staff openly admitted they were having trouble hearing my cat’s heart while performing his exam, which was already alarming. Instead of properly investigating further, they seemed unsure of what they were doing and moved on without giving me any real answers.
They then told me they thought my cat had an ear infection and recommended testing. I trusted their judgment and paid for the test — only for it to come back negative. So I was charged for something my cat never even had.
What makes this even more upsetting is that when I took my cat to another veterinarian, they immediately detected a small heart murmur that this clinic completely missed. Because of their failure to properly diagnose him, my cat went months without the medication and treatment he needed. That is time he will never get back — and it could have had serious consequences for his health.
Thankfully, I found another vet who actually took the time to listen, examine him properly, and give him the care he deserves. But I will never return to this clinic, and I would strongly warn other pet owners to think twice before trusting them with their animals.
Our pets are family. They deserve competent, careful, and knowledgeable medical care — and sadly, that was not what we received here.
