  experience with grooming and customer service. Groomer Orion is less than qualified to touch any dog. Groomer Craig is arrogant, disrespectful, and rude /hostile. The store manager Tracy knows nothing about store management and should be a correctional officer at the prison. We got a refund, which is the absolute minimum that could be done. The manager and Graig have atrocious customer service abilities. They were not able to apologize, and are ready to fight verbally with total disrespect. Tracy was yelling at me in front of other customers as soon as I said I would like to complain. They botched our dog when as was supposed to receive a bath and a hair cut. I wish I could add some photos!

  I came this time for more of those "lickable" cat treats. My elderly cat takes multiple medications that, when combined with a half tube of one of these treats , go down very easy! He loves it and thinks he's getting something special! And Petco has several options to choose from. In addition, I love all the new things Petco is doing, especially the items for humans----lots of interesting and fun stuff! Keep it up, Petco!

  My dog needed a nail trim and they did an amazing job. Fast and way cheaper than where I usually go.

  We headed over to Petco as Petsmart was already closed. The person ringing me up could have cared less if I was there or not. He was on his phone the whole transaction. I had to ask for my receipt and while it printed out and handed back to me he was still on his phone. No hello, no goodbye, whatever what on his phone must've been really important. Will spend my money where I feel valued.
