We were strung along for weeks trying to get our puppy into classes but we're repeatedly canceled on and delayed due to their inability to communicate with their own staff what the vaccination requirements for pups are. I went into the store multiple times to ask them what was needed before attending the class and to schedule what, by there own words, would be a class that would line up with their rules. Both weeks we were sent away due to "not having the correct vaccinations or not waiting enough time between shots." Again their own staff told me directly that the vaccinations we had and scheduled for would work for the classes we were signing up for. They also canceled classes due to trainers leaving the company because of how disorganized management is. I genuinely feel bad for the staff for dealing with this level of management incompetence. A month of time wasted, which for any puppy owner is paramount to raising a successful dog. Do not use this location for puppy classes. Your puppy cannot afford it. Find a local practice.
