They've always been good to my little monster. She's very skittish but they don't muzzle her and treat her great and she even kinda likes going there now.

I’ve taken my dog here a few times and loved it even have the comprehensive plan. My dog recently had diarrhea for a few days, energy great, eating and drinking normally but was advised by the 24/7 chat to have him be seen because of the diarrhea. My husband called and said that they can’t see him because they “don’t have the equipment” if it’s something worse and referred us to the emergency clinic. I talked to a friend who takes her dog here and they had similar symptoms but worse and they got to be seen right away, and they did a bunch of tests including bloodwork/X-rays etc. We ended up taking our dog to the emergency because we had no choice and all they did was bloodwork and medication for the diarrhea. A simple vet visit would have been enough instead of spending time at the emergency vet.
