Price was great, half of what mobil services had quoted me. so I thought I’d spare myself and give it a try. I went to the one on Jefferson and Sepulveda. Can’t say how perfect the experience was, and how lovely and kind Vanessa the groomer was. I left feeling our pup was in great caring hands. Dog was so content upon pick up and has never looked or felt this clean and glamorous.

Most of the employees were extremely rude, they refused to complete the service for a weak reason, and they charged me a lot just for one part of it. On top of that, one of the employees even told me directly not to come back to the Petco store. Very disappointing and completely unprofessional… wow.

- E4Emely 4hunnidAug 24, 20251.0Didn’t do a good job second time I pay for services and even add on extra services that groomers never do sucks because I am not train to do what groomers are trained to do for pets and I’m too afraid to cause any harm to my pet . All they say is there’s nothing we can do after I paid for extra and services included on package grooming I got for my pet, I work super hard for my money and to make sure my dog is being taken care of at a high demand professional company just for them to recieve my payment and when I see n services not being done on my pet and I ask employee why the service didn’t get done they say “there’s nothing we can do” now I just have to do research for weeks up to months for a good grilling pet company to trust and not scam me out of my hard working money.
