    I would give a negative star if that were possible. I was very dissatisfied with my experience at this veterinary practice. The staff was slow and unable to provide the detailed information I requested, and communication was unclear. Although staff knew I was waiting, three clients who arrived after me were seen first. The practice advertises “in-room” service, but no services were conducted in the examination room during my visit. My pet was taken to the back for all procedures and examinations. The music in the examination area was also very loud and could be heard from outside. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not return.

    I adopted a dog from an LA shelter and he had kennel cough and was on antibiotocs when I picked him up. Unfortunately they dont give you meds when you adopt from the shelter so we had to find an appt fast. I really appreciate the affordability here at Banfield and yhe doctor was so kind to our dog. We're going to come back for follow up puppy care. Thank you guys so much.

    I have been a customer of Banfield for 6 years now, and I must say, past staff has always treated my fur baby with so much love and care. Within the past few months, the front desk staff at the Jefferson Blvd location has been so rude and disrespectful, and customer service has gone downhill as of this year. Prices for the wellness plans continue to increase year after year, and somehow, I'm still coming out of pocket with more expenses than I can count. I don't even know what this insurance plan actually covers with how much I still have to pay out of pocket. In the past, the kindness of the front desk staff made dealing with the inflated prices bearable, but lately, due to the lack of customer service at the front desk, it seriously has me reconsidering whether or not I want to continue being a customer in 2026.
