- MPMelissa Pipkin3 days ago1.0It has gone down hill since Dr cook left. They are never open. And if they are it’s until 2pm you can never get an appointment with them. They declined my food order because they told me they have not seen my dog for a year and a half for an exam. Sure I get it But why have you been filling the food order for the past 6 months without contacting me telling me my dog needs an exam. Then I made an appointment to see them next week so she can get the food. But they will not give me any food to get her through until the appointment. The lady on the phone was extremely rude to me. I don’t recommend going there at all.
