When I booked my grooming appointment, it was clearly for 2:00 PM — that was the only time that worked for me since I had a doctor’s appointment at 1:25. When I arrived at 1:57 PM, the employee, Amber, didn’t even greet me. She just asked what I needed, and when I said I had a bath appointment for my dog, she told me the appointment was for 1:45 and that I was 15 minutes late — meaning I had lost my spot. I am absolutely certain my appointment was for 2:00 PM, since I wrote it down in my planner while scheduling it over the phone. The way I was treated was extremely unprofessional — Amber was not friendly at all, didn’t smile, and spoke to me in a rude manner. The manager asked me is I want to reschedule with Amber.. thinking is this the person my dog is going get the bath with? … Amber didn’t help, didn’t show friendly attitude and of course My Molly is not going anywhere with this person On top of that, I’ve been buying my dog’s food from Petco online for over two years, spending more than $80–$100 per month, and today when I tried to use my rewards points, I was told I had none available. How is that possible after so long being a loyal customer?
