I came in looking for items for my Betta fish, Gus, and Ashley was an absolute gem. She was incredibly knowledgeable about Betta fish care and took her time walking me through the best options for his tank — never once making me feel rushed. Gus is now the proud owner of a new floating log and new plants and he absolutely loves it! It's clear Ashley genuinely cares about the animals and the people who care for them. She went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I needed.
- PBp BFeb 17, 20261.0I had a horrible experience recently at the groomers at this location . I was waiting at the front desk for about ten minutes. No one was there but I continued to wait regardless as I know the groomers are very busy. After some time, a very rude woman (a worker), I believe her name is Tina, walked out and told me I was late for the appointment. Please keep in mind she did not say hello or even ask for my name. She very rudely dismissed me and never asked me any questions. When I told her that she could have called me to inform me that my appointment was canceled, she smirked and looked away. I spoke to the manager about this incident but she did not seem to care. I informed the manager that I did not expect anything but that the sales associate at the grooming station should be informed that her customer service was very poor. Least to say, I will not be returning to this Petco.

I usually purchase the cans by the case because I have six cats and don’t feel like making multiple trips a month. I was however still able to purchase the Nulo dry cat food.
