I love petsmark. They really care about your dog. I wouldn't take blue anywhere else.

I’ve been to Banfield vet three times over the last year and I’ve been disappointed three times over the last year. I dropped the dog off at 10:45 in the morning at 3 o’clock in the afternoon over four hours later I called them. THEY DIDN’T CALL me to find out what’s going on. Only then they tell me about all the work they want to do x-rays exams so on and so forth four hours after I’ve dropped him off, I picked the dog up and went home hugely disappointed with Banfield I will certainly never be back.

I do not leave negative reviews unless they are 100% truthful and honest and this really boils my blood. Save yourself and RUN to any other clinic!! (ALSO BANFIELD HAS AN ONGOING CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OUT AGAINST THEM FOR THIS REASON...) I've been with Banfield since September 2025. I have 4 pets enrolled in their Optimum Wellness Plan, one of which IS NOW DESEASED AS OF OCTOBER 2025! I tried contacting corporate directly to have them close his account because of the untimelyness of his euthanasia and they told me that on top of paying the $500 for his private euthanasia AND THE $400 FOR HIS PRIOR TREATMENT that I would also have to continue to pay his monthly $85!!!! Until September 2026!! Which at the time came out to a whopping $935 I'd HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET to close his account if I wanted to pay in full... Now I'm currently paying $225 A MONTH for the next 7 months for all 4 pets (For the entire year totals $2,700!!!!!), I only take them every 2-3 months just to try to use it as much as we can but here's the funnies part (not actually funny) THEY STILL CHARGE ME FOR SERVICES💀 Any services like urinalysis, cytology, x-rays, ultrasounds, anything like that is still FULL PRICE, so what is the plan actually for??? Also, when I signed up originally I was told that it was payable on a month to month basis and only given a pamphlet descibing the difference plans and what they cover, no physical contact explaining that I'd be locked in for the full 12 months. I seriously regret ever signing up with them and as soon as I'm done paying their plans up we're never EVER coming back, I constantly have to steer my doggy daycare clients clear of this place because they are a scam. I'm severely disappointed with every experience I've had and I should've just taken my pets to a different vet in Corona and gotten traditional pet insurance. It would've saved me THOUSANDS. -10/10...

The best experience i had at a pet hospital. It's my first time having a cat so I had alot of questions for Dr. Caudle and nurse Daisy and they were so helpful on answering them. They were able to schedule my kittens spayed surgery the same week! Day of surgery, they called to give me updates, gave me medication and a cone and called me to check on my cat the day after. My cat was up and moving a few days later and her recovery went well. I had signed up for the monthly kitten insurance that covered her surgery and follow up appointments.
