I called to see if I could make an appointment for another day because they had already charged me and they told me I wasn't in the system they made me go to the place only to be told that if I wanted my dog to be taken care of I would have to pay again, they did not refund my money I write this so that nobody falls for this honestly it is not fair what they do it does not make sense to charge for something that they did not do. Did not receive calls, mailboxes or messages bad service
