However, they sold me an ALMOST DEAD JUMPING SPIDER. He was literally dying when I bought him. Within two days he died. Thanks a lot, Petco! You really do incredible things with your animals - from throwing them in the dumpster, to selling half dead pets. Update: I went in and was immediately ignored by the bald small animal manager (not Austin) and the short haired female with glasses. I stood there for minutes. When I got their attention, they were rude, inconsiderate. I told him I was sold a spider that died in tow days and he didn't bat an eye. I guess this is NORMAL for this Petco, to sell dying animals? They had two spiders left and the bald man asked which TERRARIUM I had previously gotten. He didn't even allow me to pick out my spider. Lucky for me, I chose prior to getting manager. When checking out, manager was rude, asked if Austin (other manager) had okay'ed a discount (they had) and when I said "you could call him and verify" I was rudely told that wasn't going to happen. If you can't trust me, then call your coworker. It isn't hard. Hopefully this one will last. She was in a disgusting terrarium, stained, and REEKING of ROTTING things. Thank god she's now been rescued and will have proper care and a good life.

I felt lucky to have shopped that day for that employee to have been there to help my kiddo and I.

They will have the puppy dry but not adult or no wet. I let the sales person know when I checked out but he didn’t say anything about the lack of food. I like to look around when I’m there to see if there’s something else I might need as well. I think I will just order what I need online from now on.
