Ever since I’ve come to this location the team at this Banfield has been the most wonderful people I’ve ever encountered. I rescued a puppy and when I brought him in, they treated him with so much care and compassion. They answered all of my questions and were very patient with me. My baby truly gets the best care every time he’s there. I highly recommend this location and Dr. Siedler (?) !!!

I have taken my three pups here several times over the years for vet services at this location. The last couple of times they have confused the charting and charted on the wrong dog making it to where one of them was labeled overweight. The latest visit we had they told me my dog has a heart murmur and that we may need to have additional testing done (there was an additional dog there with the same name). We later visited a different vet and it was found our dog does not have a heart murmur.
Unfortunately we will no longer be going to this location for services. We are considering leaving Banfield all together due to the multiple issues with their services.
To add on to this, they have also sent home the wrong dosages of medication for my dogs. Luckily I checked before administering the medication, but that has happened multiple times as well.

We should have left here a long time ago, and the service has been slowly getting worse. Our cat got an abscessed tooth on Saturday, which was very swollen. He was lethargic, not eating, and very sick. We went to the emergency on Sunday, and were told it is best to see your primary vet for this surgery, but we got pain meds and a shot. Banfield has been closed on Mondays for about a year. We tried to get into another vet, but our cat has only been to Banfield. He is not a patient, but we could wait, which I understand. We didn't get in and called Banfield first thing Tuesday. They refused to see him. We begged. We cried. We explained that all the other vets are saying to take our cat to his primary vet for care. Banfield is our primary vet and we need someone to look at him. Nope. Maybe, Saturday. Saturday, he could be dead by Saturday. I get that it's a holiday, but I have four animals on the wellness plan and have been with Banfield for 10+ years. I have spent more than $20,000 with Banfield to be a member so that when my pet is sick, I can see the vet asap. Nope, that's not how it works. You can schedule an appointment, and we will see your pet in 3 or 4 days, maybe. If you are looking for a wellness plan and access to a vet when you need it most, Banfield is not the place. No compassion. No, let us try to help you because you are a member have been for so long. No, let's try to figure this out together. Just NO, we can't see your pet.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
