- WWWrightSideOfFloydNov 1, 20255.0I took my Pug Jada to have a x-ray done to check her lungs. She’s been having difficulty breathing. I’ve been with them since she was a baby. It used to be Walegra animal Hospital. I can’t say enough about their customer service, from the receptionist to the doctor all top-notch service. I highly recommend them. Example, Jada had a adverse reaction to the anesthesia, I had to take her back in the following morning and they gave her some injections to help her with her anxiety dehydration. I highly recommend this company to anybody their costs are reasonable their customer services outstanding. Thank you again everybody. Jeff Watson.

- TBTom, & Myles pictured BaldwinSep 3, 20254.0Was not completely happy with my experience taking Buddy the sick ferral cat to get treat although the meds were good enough to make him well again, I'm 65 yrs old and I've never not been able to be present with the pet or animal I was caring for was in the examin room. It made me feel like I was not valued as a creditable source of information to give feed back to the vet, and it made me somewhat doubtful that a vet was even examining the animal, maybe they weren't there yet, but it did cross my mind, so there's that. I know that would be the last thing I would want my customers to feel. Maybe some people can't handle seeing there animals get shots and other form of examinations but none of it bothers me not even holding a pet while it is put down or being there while it's stitched up from an injury or surgery, none of it phaises me. This is my own review & opinion and does not reflect anyone else in my household. Thanks, Tom Baldwin
