- SSSkApr 5, 20262.0The staff here today were very rude for zero valid reasons. I came in expecting to get a pet which I will say the first lady with red hair nicely told me I can’t get one without a valid id stating I’m 18 years or old, or an adult with me to sign off on it which I was grateful she told me. However when I went to finish buying the two things I needed, coconut fiber and a small water dish, this employee at the counter was standing off to the side giggling with her coworker so I looked at my phone for awhile, I heard no more giggling after that so I looked up to see that this staff lady was staring me down waiting at the register after I was waiting for awhile for her to finish her conversation so I could pay and leave. Once I walked up to the counter and placed my items down she scanned them and dropped my water dish and left a big scratch on it and still scanned it without apologizing or asking if I wanted a different one, once I paid she pushed the items toward me aggressively and I left not wanting to deal with her rudeness, the employee at the counter that was rude to me had blonde hair tied up in a bun with bangs and black uneven eyeliner on her eyes, I don’t remember her name but she was extremely rude when I have never met her in my life before and had done nothing to cause her to act this way to me other than the fact I am a minor.
