  Very clean room, Koda was very nervous, at the beginning but she calm down when doctor and nurse came check on her and give her a treat.

  First time with my puppy and Perfect service... I got allot of great advice and knowledge to help me with my bull terrier... Thank you guys for all of your knowledge love and care . . 👌👍👍👍

  Vetco team was amazing, they took us in with a last minute request!!! Clinic is clean and neat, staff extremely friendly and gentle with my spoiled dog. First time there and won’t be the last one. Thank you so much! ♥️

  Dr Chávez is thorough and stays up-to-date on my pets’ needs. He is personable and all of the staff is friendly and helpful

  This Staff AT CHULA VISTA VETCO TOTAL CARE LOCATION was absolutely AMAZING AND DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB! This staff definitely made me feel like my dog was truly cared for with all the questions the doctor was asking and all the knowledge that she had to offer and deliver to us was beyond outstanding. Dr.Hughs is amazing! The front desk personnel Nikki went above and beyond with her positive attitude and out of this world customer service! Vanessa and Laura the Veterinary assistants were awesome and had fabulous attitudes! Bring your dog here to the broadway chula vista ca location they will NOT disappoint and they genuinely care unlike Santee location! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO SANTEE VETCO TOTAL CARE LOCATION!!!!! MANAGER LIED TO US ABOUT APPOINTMENTS BEING AVAILABLE IN THE ENTIRE SAN DIEGO COUNTY AREA FOR THE DAY OF SATURDAY AND TO CHECK BACK MONDAY.. AND HAD A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE BECAUSE WE WERE LATE TEN MINS THEY TURNED US AWAY AND THERE WERE NO DOGS SHE ARGUED WITH US FOR 30 MINS ABOUT HOW THEY CANT SEE US AND THEN SAID THERE IS AN APPOINTMENT AT 4:30 (SHE WAS VERY DETAILED) at BROADWAY WHEN SHE CAME BACK IN SHE PRETENDED TO CHECK HER LAPTOP AND THEN CHANGED IT AND SAID THERES ACTUALLY NO APOINTMENTS AVAILABLE AND MY MOM ASKED ANYWHERE ELSE EVEN IF ITS IN MIRA MESA OR OCEANSIDE AND SHE SAID NO.. NO WHERE ELSE ( I COULD TELL SHE WAS LYING) THEN SHE SAID IF ITS AN EMERGENCY TO TAKE YOUR DOG TO OTHER PLACES( AND REFERRED US TO PLACES THAT WERENT PETCO). THEN AS I WAS WALKING OUT I IMMEDIATELY WENT ON MY PHONE SAW THE 4:30 APPOINTMENT WAS THERE (and other places were also available for the day of saturday) BOOKED IT, CONFIRMED IT. SHE LIED. THE WORST MANAGER EVER THAT SHOWED LACK OF COMPASSION FOR PEOPLE AND ANIMALS. MANANGERS NAME IS LILIBETH(SANTEE LOCATION). Lilibeth the manager just messed up the integrity of the entire santee vetco clinic and tried to ruin company business on top of that. EXTREMELY UNPROFEESSIONAL. Stick to Broadway chula vista Vetco! A++! They are honest people and staff!!
