The doctor was very knowledgeable and calmed my fears about my pomeranians "honking". I do not like the $5.99 mandatory fee. It seems like I am paying for cleaning materials. I would rather you raise the office visit $6. It feels like I am being nickled and dimed. It is unfair for your staff to always have to defend the $5.99 fee.

I took my cat here for follow up Vaccinations on 12/13/2025. Before my appointment, I purchased the Vital Care rewards for my cat a couple weeks prior. On my cats initial visit, I was quoted for a $50-60 visit on 12/13/25. To my surprise, I arrived and the Vet Tech was arguing with me saying that when they ran my number, the vital care rewards wasn’t on my account and they were going to charge me about $120-130 for the visit. Of course, I pushed back but the technician made me feel like I was a liar and her attitude was TERRIBLE, and she wouldn’t let me speak and she would talk over me. Of course I’m going to remember paying almost $300 for my cats vital care membership, I did not appreciate being made felt like I was lying and almost cheated into paying more. Whoever the technician was for that day (She was tall and had long dark hair), some advice would be to listen to people first and let them speak. It’s very rude interrupting other people trying to make a point about something instead of feeling like you’re right in the situation, take a step back and listen to what the “patient” has to say. It’s a shame because i did like the veterinarian that my cat saw, but the customer service was not up to par. I won’t be coming back here in the future as this experience has left the worst taste in my mouth and will be going elsewhere for services.

A very good experience. All the assistants were very kind, and the doctor as well. They answered all my questions and treated my kitten very well.

I showed up on Sunday with my sick service dog — visibly declining — because the entire building is plastered with “HOSPITAL NOW OPEN” signs. Only to be told they don’t actually treat sick animals. No urgent care. No real veterinary help. Just vaccines and routine visits. If you don’t provide actual medical or urgent care services, stop calling yourself a hospital. It’s misleading, it wastes people’s time, and it gives desperate pet owners false hope while their animals suffer. Absolutely infuriating and deeply disappointing. UPDATE: As if that wasn’t enough, my vet sent me there to pick up NexGard… and their pharmacy informed me they ONLY fill flea/heartworm prescriptions written by their own clinic. So what are they exactly — a pet store dressed up like a hospital, or some kind of members-only club where the pharmacy refuses to help anyone whose pet didn’t already see their doctor? The mixed messaging is ridiculous.
