- VAVerenisse ArandaNov 15, 20252.0Went for a wellness check. There was nobody at the front to greet me or check me in. Waited about 10 minutes. Once I was in exam room doctor was very quiet spoke in bullet points maybe 10 words. I tried to ask simple questions around food and doctor wouldn't answer. Doctor left exam and I wasn't sure if we were done. Very little communication. So I went out to pay and they told me to go back to take my dogs temperature. And then they left me in the room again. So I went out to pay again. Very back and forth very little clear instructions. Its just an exam it didn't have to be so strange overall. I have been to other Vetcos and only experienced this in Eastlake.

- PTPatty Ruvalcaba TVNov 10, 20224.0The first thing was the phone call to make the appointment in your call center unfortunately not good but when I call direct to the Eastlake office was an other thing, very kind and helpful to me, the reception was very good the guy in the front is always very nice and the doctor is a May she take the time to explain the problem and very sweet with my doggie Wicha. The nurse also excellent.
