There’s a video of a female staff with blue headphones Handling aggressively, almost ripping his hair out while the dog was yelling and crying. DISGUSTING HUMAN BEINGS. The staff and manager needs to take accountability for this behavior. The manager victor didn’t care when he was reported to this incident. The audacity to have this job and mistreat the dogs that come here has to be the most miserable, empty, soulless, human beings. Petco and management needs to do better on WHO THEY HIRE.
