My barcode that was generated thru my email was not letting me have the discount . Both cashiers working at my checkout time were unable to.guarantee the 20% savings . Manager took over my sale and after lengthy attempts to figure the issue , took it upon himself to ensure I received my savings for all eligible items since it was a legit promotion .Im so glad this worked in my favor . It was a savings of 14 and that I so appreciated . I will continue to shop this store for all my dogs needs . Thank you for listening to me and crediting me the savings .
- MRM RJan 4, 20263.0I don’t understand what is going on with this store. I have been a frequent customer since they opened this location . We purchased many birds and supplies, our first aquarium and many, many fish over the years. Our dog was groomed regularly, and we indulged him with his wardrobe, toys and great selection of high quality food he didn't vomit on my rug ! I am writing to ask why this location has fallen into a run down, dirty dump. It smells, its flithy, layers of dust and cobwebs . Ragged displays either empty, partially filled. So cluttered stuff is falling into the aisles. I first begun to notice this change about five years ago, and it has only gotten worse. What a shame you know longer feel that the customers deserve better.

The website said they were out of the cat food we wanted to order. FYI the website is a pita to use anyway. So we went in and guess what they had in stock? so we got the food we wanted but did not qualify for the discount because we couldnt order it oneline. Boo! :(
