However this store does not allow carts outside which is ridiculous to have to carry 40lbs of litter and have to leave the rest of your cart in the store to take stuff to your car. I buy two litters and a a big bag of cat food and it's a hassle to carry from inside the store to my car. My mom has gone by herself before and the coworkers have been very rude to her and just looked at her weird when asking for help. My mother is 60 , that's crazy to experience that. Ya'll need to be more willing to help load if your lazy to collect carts. Not being able to use the cart to take your items you bought outside is the worst policy to have at a pet store where people pick up large bags of food and litter.
