  I brought my sons cat of 6 months and to put her on or plan preventive. Great service. I have been with them since my first pet almost 15 years to keep my pets healthy.

  Update Reply to Owner: Thank you for reaching out. I already spoke with your corporate office and initiated the cancellation of my wellness program after 14 years (the last 2 or 3 of which I debated canceling). They should have taken notes on my complaints and reasons for canceling. All I can say is your veterinary program has much to improve on where as an on-site veterinary doctor can't perform basic veterinary services. I'm sure I can get a better response and veterinary service from a vet-tech at PIMA. Your staff is trained to employ scare tactics and escalate everything to get pet owners to spend more and undergo undue stress regarding their pet care. You should remove the "Pet Hospital" name from your location and refer to the vets as "vets in training" or fresh out of school "doctors" Terrible experience. The vets are glorified nurses and don't do anything other than administer vaccines and provide scare tactic diagnosis. This place should not be called a Pet Hospital when they don't do any real vet services. Everything is outsourced at ridiculously high prices. Their wellness program only works if your pet is extremely healthy and you can't go elsewhere, like Tijuana, for real veterinary care. This place is the 7-Eleven of veterinary care. Avoid at all costs.

  After numerous vet visits and discovering my Lily's health was not improving, I decided to put her to sleep. I contacted this hospital that is open 24 hrs. They were very sympathetic in the whole process. During check out they explained the cremation process and told me I would get my pretty kitty in a wooden decorative box along with her paw print. This was all included with my visit cost, which was very reasonable. ....I could not beleive this was all included. Godbless this place and the the facility that took care of her after🙏🙏🙏

  I called and asked a bunch of questions about my 2 pets. Crystal and Giana fully explained in detail everything I needed to know, was friendly, professional, and very patient with me. I never felt rushed nor cut short of anything I had questions about. She was very knowledgeable in all phases of my pets coverage plans. Thank you so much Crystal and Giana for making it easy for me to receive all information I needed. I nominate you for an income increase if it is possible at this time. Giana I am very satisfied with your superb customer service 👏👌👍🌻
