  We recently had a very disappointing experience at this store. My child bought two betta fish here and cared for them under the same conditions. Unfortunately, one of the fish died, so my child went back to the store to ask if it could be replaced. Instead of offering help or guidance, the staff responded with an extremely rude attitude. They even said that if another fish died in the future, they would refuse to sell to us again. We have experience keeping multiple fish at home, and they are all healthy, so we are confident that basic care was not the issue. If there were any concerns, the staff could have explained them in a respectful and educational way—especially since they were speaking to a child. The way my child was treated was unacceptable. It felt dismissive and, honestly, raised concerns about possible discrimination. This was the worst shopping experience we have ever had. We will not be returning.

  Great place to get pet needs. The staff is friendly, and if you're lucky, you might find a puppy or kitten adoption there on any given weekend!

  Came in to buy a 2 fishes yesterday and the lady who helped us out was so knowledgeable and kind . After knowing what fishes I wanted she immediately recommended different plant and rock products and took me to the isle where I could get it. Love coming to this location to check out the pets with my son . It’s always clean and staff is always friendly
