I know they’re busy sometimes,then I see a guy named Aiden (adin)rushing in at 1:19 obviously late to work. I waited politely until he ring me out but when I asked him if my records had gone in or if I had to scan aggressively responded “all your discounts are in” I looked at my app, and I showed him a discount to scan, He told me I had to be a purchase of 40 which is understandable. I was only a few dollars off so I asked him if he can add another 40 cricket. At the moment, he grabs his walkie-talkie speaker and yells aggressively scratch the 60 make it 100 crickets and he had a bothered expression and aggressively grabbed the scanner, scanned it and brought it back down.really bad customer service, leave your personal problems at home, don’t take it out on other people.

He has the worst anxiety and anytime I wash and dry him at home he freaks out at the blow dryer so I can only imagine what they go through with at petco. Bolt always comes back looking and smelling so nice and I really appreciate how they look after my dog. The manger is very caring and I appreciate the groomers as well. Thank you for all you do.

Our baby always leaves looking absolutely stunning! She greets us with a warm smile every time and always manages to fit us in, even on short notice.
