  Have a great selection of water plants and fish...a few reptiles and rodents and birds...decent selection overall...

  Please don't buy goldfish or any kind of fish from Petco. I went there 2 days ago and bought a goldfish and I looked around the whole fish department. And saw that they don't take care of their fish. There was a whole bunch of fish there that were dead and I bought a goldfish from them and it didn't even last 2 days it was dead the next morning, they are rip off. Don't waste your money on any fish that they have The whole point of me getting a fish was to buy it for my stepdaughter too surprised her with one

  Every single time i come into this Petco with a Doordash, the cashier, Eleanor, is very nice and customer servicey until THE SPLIT SECOND the words “this is a DoorDash” leave my mouth. The second I say that, she rolls her eyes at me and very rudely just says “barcode” and is just plain rude the entire rest of the transaction. It is absolutely not okay. My main job is in customer service, i do DoorDash on the side, and never in a million years could I imagine being so rude to a customer like that. This has happened every single time and something needs to be done about it. It’s not okay. I called and spoke to a manager (which I have never done but this just felt like something they needed to be aware of) and he said “she doesn’t mean it, she means well”. I don’t get “meaning well” from a customer service worker being incredibly rude to someone the second they find out they’re doing a DoorDash. I know customer service sucks and you have to be fake happy your whole shift and put up a front but it’s absolutely not okay to completely change your demeanor, ROLL YOUR EYES, and be completely rude to a customer for no reason like that. Not okay. If you can’t handle that, maybe customer service isn’t for you.
