They went out of their way to make this experience as easy as possible, given the circumstances. We have had some challenges with communication in the past which is the reason we aren't giving 5 stars, but all in all, the team is very kind and we were grateful for their care.

I spend several minutes explaining this to the brunette at check in. When they bring my cat back, the tech gives me only one box. When I say I need it for all of my cats, she tells me they weren't aware. She goes back and several minutes later comes back to say they don't have enough boxes for my four cats to each get the medicine but I'm welcome to come back in a few days. I again explain I'm moving and this is literally my last day living here and that's why I asked. Nothing they can do unless I can come back. God bless the redheaded girl who got there while I was there. She's helped me before and she's an absolute sweetheart. I asked her and she was just like oh no your dad can absolutely come pick it up for you or we might even be able to mail it to your new address let me check and get back you. I also asked at check in and reminded the tech again when they took her I wanted them to cut her claws. When they bring her out to me, they say nothing. I check and they're not cut. I ask the tech again to cut her claws and she says oh she bit me I can't cut her claws. Okay that's fine I totally understand that but were you planning on telling me that??

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
