None of the staff appeared confident or knowledgeable, and when I asked questions, I only got vague, broad answers I could have easily found online. They also failed to inform me ahead of time that the vaccine would be oral. Because my dog was wearing a muzzle, the vet (Dr. Dylan Johnston) struggled to administer it, and when they finally tried, my dog just spit it all out. I left feeling like I had wasted $60 on a vaccine that never even made it into my dog’s system. The lack of communication, professionalism, and proper administration was very concerning, and I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
