We were using this location for a long while, until recently. Our dog was sick and had abnormal blood work, so the vet told us she was dying, and to take her home, make her comfortable, do the things that she enjoys. Did not prescribe any medications at that time or suggest any further testing. We were simply not ready to accept that, because she was acting normally right before this, and started to rally over the course of the next week. We called and asked for medications, which turned out to be a huge mess. When we took her to a different location for a second opinion, that vet was blown away by the fact that we were told our dog was dying. With her help, some meds, and lots of perseverance, our dog is still alive (3 months later) Based on this experience, I would give one star, but because we had decent care before this, I gave an additional star. We are very happy with the care at the new location so far.

Our Banfield location is remarkable. They care for an our pets as their own. Our Shepherd is going through some difficult dietary issues. The doctor and staff have been there for us. We believe Banfield is our best choice for our sound of mind.

I have my 8 yr Newfoundland 132+ lb dog on the banfield plan (she has been on the plan since she was a few months old). It includes an annual cleaning, blood work, heart worm test, major shots, and Simparica Trio ( for flees, heartworm etc.) and she has never had a flee on it, plus it includes unlimited office visits. I never worry about dental cleanings as plan comes with free cleaning once a year. But l would have to pay for extractions or extra issues if needed, but that is expected. It is such a great plan. So happy l got her on the plan. Everyone has always been very sweet and professional.

Snickers does not like to go to the vet, the vet is not fond of snickers and snickers can feel it. We did have a fill in vet one time and he was wonderful and made us want to keep going. But honestly ready to find a different vet.

Auto charged my account without my permission. Bad business ethics. Assistant broke my pet carriage snap lock and did not apologize. Poor customer service.
