We were visiting from out of town and staying in Carlsbad, and I completely forgot our leash for our puppy after checking out of our hotel 45mins away! I didn’t know the area at all and was struggling to find anywhere that sold one. I called this shop hoping they might have something, and even though they told me they don’t sell leashes, they went above and beyond and said they had one in the back that they would give me—for free. When we arrived, they were incredibly kind and welcoming. Not only did they help us out with the leash, but they also gave our puppy some treats and made us feel right at home. Because of their generosity, we were able to enjoy the rest of our day, take our kids out, go to the beach, and truly enjoy our weekend instead of stressing out. This is the kind of customer service you don’t see often anymore—genuine, thoughtful, and above and beyond. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by and supporting them. They truly care about people and their pets. Thank you again for saving our day! 🙏🐾
