I give Chase 5 stars as well as Petco!

I wish there was a better process to receive customer service. I am often waiting around trying to find staff to be able to attend to me and then sometimes told to wait for someone else to be available etc. this becomes time consuming and makes me feel like I am being disruptive to the employees that are working. I have been to many other locations and have had a similar experience.
