I went home and told my husband and he told me we will not be going to the Carlsbad location again!

The house brand Dog food Wholehearted is the food I had been feeding my dogs, but have noticed some inconsistency from bag to bag where on occasion, my dogs won't eat it. That's a costly problem as a dog owner. Additionally, the layout in the store changes at least once a quarter which is beyond frustrating. I'm already overwhelmed with the variety and having to relocate my brand of choice every few months is just stupid and seems like a waste of labor. Also, the pricing in the app and in store is totally inconsistent. Some items are much less expensive online and some less in the store. That is frustrating. Finally, why carry Purina Pro Plan? In a moment of weakness, I selected a bag of Purina Pro Plan sensitive for puppies. The bag's expiry was more than 12 months in the future, and it was filled with disgusting maggots when I opened it at home. I returned the bag to the store the same day I purchased it, and the employee said, "oh, did you buy Pro Plan", before I even removed it from the bag I carried it into to the store with. If it's a well know issue, why carry such an awful product?
