Two stars for an amazing support staff. Great reception. Positive vibes all around. Zero stars for the gaslighting and trust betrayal of the veterinarians. They told me my pup was fine after a mass removal. Took her elsewhere for a 2nd opinion. She wasn't fine. Had to have a second corrective surgery. Went back to this clinic. Saw a new/different vet there. Really liked him. Gave the clinic a second chance with a second mass removal....they did it to her AGAIN. Same exact experience. We are done here.

We were in town for just the weekend and our dog was having trouble — Got us in within an hour and they were incredibly gentle with our dog. Highly recommend.

This is the best veterinary office I have ever taken my dog to. The staff is amazing and they are accomodating if its necessary for you to have your pet seen right away! Everyone is personable, understanding of your pets needs and even of your fears for your pets well-being. They are compassionate and they will explain and give you options for your pets needs. I've used Pac-SC Veterinary as well in the past for emergencies which led me to this office. All around this is the very best veterinary office to care for your pet for any thing that might come up, or just for the usual yearly well-being visit and vaccines!! I highly recommend them!! I also found the staff at the desk very warm, personable and willing to get your per seen ASAP if needed. On a scale of 1-10, the staff and services are definitely a 10+.

The merge with Companion has been seamless. Last year Dr. Rahm and Dr. Briggs especially saved my baby Balto. Dr. Briggs believed in him and gave him the most important surgeries of his life and I could never thank them enough. Through them we were also able to use BirchBark which was an amazing life saving experience. I am so thankful for all they’ve done for Balto. EVERYONE loves working here, every single person is so amazing Alex and Dr. Briggs especially!!!! Balto will live to be 15 and I couldn’t have been given that hope without Dr. Briggs and everyone here. They changed our life and saved my big baby❤️ We just had our annual exam and I am so thankful to go somewhere where I can ask a gazillion questions and not be rushed out or brushed off. It’s really helped me personally feel confident and secure when taking care of my senior dog. Some of the most understanding and helpful people work here, it’s amazing. I am so grateful to connected to them!!

I like this vet very much! Very friendly staff and my nervous pup responded very well to the vet. He got down on her level and made sure she felt safe. Also did the exam in the room with me instead of taking her to the back without me like another vet in the area previously has done. Happy to have found a good place to take my pupper.
