- SAsteve archerJul 9, 20255.0First, I must give a big shout out to my nutrition consultant Shanelle. I don’t think she ever takes a day off because anytime I call, she answers the phone. And if for some reason she is helping another guest and can’t answer Shanelle calls me back. That’s customer service!! When I speak with Shanelle, she is upbeat and energetic and knows who I am, and we have never met face to face. I also love the drawings she hand writes on my frozen food shipping package. Please give that young lady a raise. Secondly, let’s talk about the Just Food For Dogs (JFFD) food. We have four wonderful loving dogs, and they all happily consume the JFFD food. Every year we get blood panels done on all four our dogs through our veterinarian clinic. Well, several years ago one of our dogs a Yorkipoo had a high reading that had to do with his kidney function, I just don’t remember the medical term for it. In any case our veterinarian suggested trying JFFD, and we did. The following year after another blood panel our Yorkipoo’s high kidney reading dropped to well below the acceptable number. I can personally attest that JFFD food was the reason!! It is in my opinion that dog owners should stay clear of kibble.

A specialty vet suggested I check out the store as we are looking for really clean ingredients, trying to eliminate some possible allergens in our puppy’s diet. From day one, I have received 5 star service here - Shanelle helped me to automate local food delivery and this has been a huge blessing & convenience as our puppy has had some difficult dietary issues. 4 weeks of JFFD Venison/squash and he has really improved digestive health and is THRIVING. I couldn’t be happier.

I’ve tried some wet food from here just a mix with his kibble and the dog ate two full bowls of food. I bought him chicken breast steaks, burritos, tacos he wouldn’t eat anything until I got food from here thank you so much
