    The most disorganized vaccination clinic I've been to. Pointless to make an appointment because it still takes an hour after your appointment to be seen. I wasn't able to get a refill on my dogs prescription because they couldn't see my last visit on their tablet even though I showed them my receipt of my last visit. I've never had an issue at other vaccine clinics, just this one. Porter Ranch and Granada hills have way better service by far.

    The pricing is excellent, the two clinical women who administered the vaccinations were excellent, the overall organization outside of the clinic area was a disorganized mess. Don't bother making an appointment, it means nothing. When we got there the one guy checking people in had one line in an aisle to his left for people waiting to check in and one line in an aisle to his right for people who had checked in and were waiting to get the vaccines. For the most part. And there were dogs and cats everywhere. Some got along, some didn't. A little over an hour after our appointment time, for which we arrived 10 minutes early as requested in their automatically generated text message, we completed the 10 minute vaccination procedure and left. I like the price, I don't like the lack of organization and waste of time. Pretty sure I won't be back.

    The vet and assistant are really nice but the process takes an extremely long time. I was also not given the correct bill so I had to go back and forth to the register to pay the correct amount.
