I wasn't able to get a refill on my dogs prescription because they couldn't see my last visit on their tablet even though I showed them my receipt of my last visit. I've never had an issue at other vaccine clinics, just this one. Porter Ranch and Granada hills have way better service by far. Don't bother coming here.

He is thoughtful, patient, and consistently offers practical suggestions tailored to what will actually work. His kindness and expertise are a big reason we continue to return. This review is long overdue! The store is always clean, well organized, competitively priced, and stocked with a strong variety of quality supplies. It is a place we trust, and will remain our preferred place to shop.
