We PAID for a dog training session, my wife drove 12 miles, and when she arrived the staff casually said, “There’s no session today.” The trainer didn’t show up, and we received zero communication—no call, no text, nothing. Absolutely unacceptable. This is one of the most unprofessional experiences we’ve ever had with any pet service. If you value your time and money, avoid this location.they are deserving zero stars.

The fact that I ask the person,working the register, where would the product, I'm looking for, be.she stated second, third,or fourth, aisle. Then here comes the kicker. After looking and not finding, i then ask, for assistance here's comes Jeremy, with an attitude. what are you looking for he states, not wanting to help, and I stated what I was looking for without hesitation he walks to third aisle up and down twice and says we don't have it. I said what's the name of it so I will know he only knows what is looks like after that I stated where is yhe manager maybe he can help and see if it's in stock or on back order no manager and then once I challenged him on that statement he then stated he is the assistant manager and the other manager was on a conference call. Bias to the 10th degree. Race Factor played in this encounter all day long. HA, FUNNY AS HELL
