  Mostly Satisfied with the service. Calling the hospital is VERY challenging, with not answering in a timely manner, and being put on hold for extended time. Also it would be great to book in person appointments with a doctor like before Covid, as opposed to drop off. Not always convenient

  Dr. Zakarian and his staff did a great job as always taking care of my Starlight while getting her teeth cleaned and her comprehensive exam. I also want to recognize Melisa and Victoria at the front desk. Both are very friendly, patient and helpful both at check in and check out. It's a wonderful office! Highly recommended.

  2nd visit: April 2026 The front desk is very rude and talks to people like they are stupid. I know I never should have dropped off my dog but she needed help. I have NEVER heard of dropping off a dog to the vet for a blind examination. I ha e always been in the room with my dog to prove nothing illegal is going on. This is truly strange and I am sure we will find a Vets office that likes animals and their owners. My dog hets nervous when im not around. She does not like other dogs so this whole thing is weird. They also do not have a pick up time either. I better not pay for babysitting or they will get an ear full. ************************** 1st visit: Things were a bit chaotic on getting an appointment. They do not have a front desk person so sometimes you stand around a while before you get noticed. I went for an appointment and the Dr was busy so I had to reschedule for the next day at the end of the day. I came back and it took forever to get seen. I finally saw the Dr and he was nice and very informative. I had a coupon for a Free 1st time visit so it was worth my time. Im glad I was told I was doing everything correct to help my dog and her wound on her head. I did get some allergy tablets to help with her new found allergies moving here to California.

  In my experience with Banfield Canoga Park, the staff has always been helpful and caring with my dogs. Since the time I started with them while living in Kansas to when we moved here to the valley, Banfield has been wonderful with my girls through thick and thin. Attentive, professional, and personal.
