The late appontment (on their part) was ultimately dismissed because they say they had a record of him being a problem before (Another cat, bad record keeping) and he hissed. What cat doesn't? Poorly trained in handling cats and customer service. Take your cat anywhere but here. Follow up on their notes on Jax, they added a note to his file that he swiped at them. He did not. Let's add liars.
